Was out this morning and saw 16 species in a creek just north of Atlanta.  We saw a bunch of these little beauties (and I brought a few home) and I just thought that I would share.  Several of these straw colored minnows had the sunset orange to yellow fins today.  Nice color for a 2 1/2 inch fish.

You cant tell from this photo, but they are kinda funny looking from above... their eyes are really close together and kinda point up... which I guess is a good idea if you are gonna live on the bottom... no one is getting you from below... might as well look out above.
