So, I saw on zimmermans that he has some Redspotted sunfish for sale and I was wondering what their temperament was like in a tank. For a 75 gallon if someone wanted to keep some what would be a good number and how aggressive are they compared to other sunfish species?

As juveniles and not operating in breeding mode they get along very well with only modest pecking order issues when held in small groups (6 or less fish).  When in breeding mode a male will defend an area exceeding 24 square feet which is larger than any Lepomis I have experience with.  This can be compensated for by provide lots of structure.  Otherwise a single male can claim an entire 75-gallon tank.  You can go monosex to prevent breeding mode although female need only be a Lepomis sp. to get males going.  Males in best color (red spots) when defending territory from other males.  Nuptial coloration induced by ripe females and nest-bound brood is browns and grays that cover the red spots up.

Find ways for people not already interested in natives to value them.
