ID help pls on 2 fish

Hi

 

Can someone pls help/confim these ids.    http://imgur.com/a/FYJxq

Caught in a small creek in Burlington, Ontario Canada off of Lake Ontario. 

 

I believe the first one is a striped shiner.  (Or could it be a common shiner?) 

 

And the second one a white sucker?  (I'm guessing on this one)

I would agree that your first fish looks very much like a Striped Shiner.

 

Second fish looks more like a Nocomis Chub to me... i'm guessing River Chub.

 

Peterson's is great for this kind of ID... particularly since you took such nice clear photos.
