Good to see you are back at it, just couldn't stay away. I used to be a coldwater mariner and still have a nice shallow touch tank tucked away for some skates and chain sharks.

I have a ton of question! I just found your site yesterday (you guys replied to my comment on youtube!). I've been very interested in native saltwater since I found NANFA.

IF possible, I'd love to chat with you sometime, and ask question about the sp. you sell, care, etc!

I'd love to know what sp. I can find on the east coast (especially in NC where I live), but all I can find is information for gamefish.

Cu455, I am curious how large your tank is. I have always envisioned something like that in the future for myself so I am very intrigued by this.

Awesome! Do you guys collect any Mico algae there? I've wanted to create a tank that focuses on anemones and micro algea for awhile now.

Also, you don't really have care instructions for some if your fish. For example, how do I take care of that tadpole fish? What have you have success feeding it?

Hey Damias, I got you message on FB but figured I would answer here also

 

Macro algae we have some restrictions on just based on our permitting for collection, but if you are anywhere near an ocean you can legally collect most types of algae for personal use. 

 

Care instruction has been a tough one since most of these species have only been kept previously by public aquariums.  Basic stuff like what each animal eats we are slowly trying to incorporate to the discriptions once we've seen it eat certain foods in captivity.  99% of the west coast pacific species we collect and keep will eat meaty foods appropriately sized to them.

Thanks for sharing! Several of these fish are ones I display at the public aquarium I run. It's always nice to have another source beyond field collection.
