Given how their is no one dressed up as characters, no vendor booths, and the photo is a fish in someones hand, I identify your convention as a North American Native Fishes Association convention. :)

Nope, too big for a Knepleyi. More like, uh, crud; I got nuttin. Being Tiny Fish King involves lots of crow suppers...
