3 days ago I made another pilgrimage to the river and caught 3 of these silver shiners. Too pretty with their bright mirror-like scales to just throw back. By the next day they were eating flake food. Also in the photos happens to be a central stoneroller, a what looks to be juvenile stoneroller fry, a fantail darter, a new addition Johnny darter plus banded darter, and lastly, my biggest bruiser rusty crayfish. He's molted twice since August.
New siver shiners in the tank.
