A perfect spring day out, sunny, warm and perfect for hitting the creek with my trap!  Photos show the creek I was at and in the first pothole, you can see the chubs lined up against the current. I dropped in the second pothole and you can see my trap in the water with cat food in it. The catch was 10 chubs ranging from 1.5" up to 5" long. The two I showed look to be gravid with eggs. I also catch green sunfish, bluegills and WBND in this same hole, just later in the year.

In the last two photos, the chubs appear blonde as they were kept in a white bucket.
