Most people don't think that something as small as a darter is an effective predator. The rainbow darters are just that, a very effective micro predator. My biggest male rainbow caught this shiner fry and demolished it.

Indeed there is.... creek chub at a darter a couple months ago. If it fits, they'll eat it.
