uploading photos

Hello. I've never uploaded any photos before and was wondering why it was taking forever. I need to get a fish identified and I tried to upload the picture and it just sat there saying "uploading..." for like 20 minutes. Can I get some help???

Resize your picture. If you are on dialup, it will take a long time with large pictures.
