they can live in brackishwater I will take them I have a 55 gallon species tank for mummichogs if you cant find a home for them.Out of my entire classroom I was the only one who could take a bunch of baby mummichogs and a Chesapeake Bay Blue Crab off of my teacher's hands. The crab is also a baby. Unfortunately I have three cats that love to chase things and I am unable to keep the mummichogs with me so I am looking for a place to release the babies if not then someone who can take them. I know it is bad to release fish that you have had them in a tank for awhile but these are still babies as well as the crab so can they adjust?

That would be really cool. I just have to talk it over with my mother. She wants to release them somewhere around where she works. They are really too small to be released from what I know though. The only problem would be getting it to you. I think you live out of state from me. I don't know how long they can live inside of this folgers container my teacher gave me so kinda have to figure something out tonight for them.they can live in brackishwater I will take them I have a 55 gallon species tank for mummichogs if you cant find a home for them.

they would live for about 4-5 weeks in the can if you did daily water changes. They are very hardy so hardy in fact they sent mummichogs in to space for a trial
