I never seen blue eyed mollies in my whole life and I don't think the aquarium strains has blue eyes too. Maybe it just relection from lights but I guess. I know some gambusia has blue eyes too but then my aquarium lights just hit their eyes into shining eyes. Maybe you just have very rare strain of molly?

I think it is a false alarm. I found an intermediate yesterday, looked closer and it appeared to have cataracks (sp?) or perhaps a fungus. I bet the bluer ones were just more advanced in the disease.

Well I think you should post some pictures of them, just make sure. I don't think fungus have blue colored, just white ones and again it can be anything that cause blue eyes or diseases.
