I'm hoping to find out what this fella is,
I got him out of a slow moving creek in a driveway culvert across the road,
I got two of these, and a few without the red in the strip but the same fish,
Figured they are the females.

Any Help in IDing this will be most Helpfull,
Thanks in Advance,

Larry

Welcome Larry  I agree with Richard. They look like Blacknose dace to me as well. Not bad for a ditch find from just across the road. I'm glad you found your way here.

I've seen alot of variations in blacknosed dace from almost cream and tan to yellow and dark brown, but never with a red stripe like that!

Most of the larger blacknosed dace around here are like that, some are even brighter.
