wow... i can't believe you were able to do that to your fish (in a good way). did you sedate it somehow or something?
The fish was sedated for the photograph but otherwise when worms are removed just gentle hand pressure will be adequate to prevent excess movement. Be careful not to let fish get poked in eye by tweezers.
