i picked this up at the LFS also. It was just labeled "RAMSHORN". I have never come aross a ram with a shell as big or as dense as this.

Looks like a Colombian Ramshorn to me. They're a type of apple snail and I've found them to be voracious eaters of stem plants. Left my sword plants alone, though.

That's a cool looking ramshorn. I only have the black and leopard types.
