I know a number of native aquatic plants (cattail, sagittaria, lotus, duckweed) are edible, as are some exotics (watercress, for one). Do any of you have experience eating these plants? Please share any anecdotes, recipes, or other information.

Rice  Cranberries

I don't know, but I really look forward to finding out.

Didn't Yule Gibbons write a book on this?
