Hello NANFers,
Attached is a recently published review of freshwater fish diversity. This is a nice article. I came across it while reviewing Gondwana distributed teleost clades.

Interesting stuff! I am a little perplexed by the claim that Poeciliidae is one of the most diverse freshwater clades in the Nearctic; are they just really diverse in Nearctic Mexico?
