Great looking fish, especially those bullheads. How large is that yellow?

Nice fish and pics!
The first "longear" looks like a dollar to me.
I like the yellow and brown bullheads. I caught 2 13" browns yesterday fishing. After I put them in the cooler I realized they were guarding a bunch of little babies that were hiding in the vegetation. :(

Do they actually exhibit parental care of fry? When I've seen little bullheads they've been in huge balls that move as a unit -- but those individuals were 3/4" or so long, not quite fry.

Thanks for the comments!
The Yellow Bullhead is somewhere around 15''.
Steve, sunfish ID is not my thing. Which one do you mean, the one in the individual picture or the one with the warmouth?

IME parents will guard them up to 1-1.5" in length. I watched the dad (both parents were together; I caught the mom before I realized there were babies, then when I caught dad I realized he had babies, so I put him back) beat up a largemouth that was trying to eat his young.

The one with the warmouth and the picture directly under it were the ones I was refering to.
