I found this in a few inches of slow flowing water near a spillway from Lake Griffey in Bloomington, Indiana. It seems to be doing well in my tank and the purple/red coloration is new and only in the areas with the highest lighting.

Looks like Ludwigia palustris to me. Mine always loses its red color in my tank, but it's still a handsome plant.
