Wow this is interesting, I actually already found out it was columnaris, the disease spread so fast it took just an hour to kill a fish. I treated the tank with Furan-2 and I didnt save any fish that were already infected but I did save all the ones that werent. the death toll was about 10-15 fish.

I know this is very late in the game but will throw it out there for others who may read this. Such a fast fish die off is not usually a disease....but high ammonia or nitrite. Try a water change immediately to get the toxic water out.
