Found a section of river with literally hundreds of them in it. Will be trying to catch them tonight. Anyone got experience with caring for ones .75"-1.125". Preferably something that can be bought at the petstore.

I feed my small darters live blackworms. The little guys learn to bite and break off as much of a blackworm as they can handle. I buy the worms in bulk from Aquatic Foods (http://aquaticfoods.com/). Good service and great worms!
