Why not use all three. I don't think you run the risk of over filtered water, if there is such a thing. The amount and species of fish/turtles will create a huge bio-load so you're going to need a lot of filtration.

Those turtles will soon be eating your crawdad and fish like a pack of ten year old boys on a bag of beef jerky after a ten mile hike. But nice tank and great job on the decor and animals!

So I thought it was time to give an update on my tank. I ended up trading in the Aquaclear for another Emporer, and have been running the two Emporers for my filtration.

I also bought new lighting, so I now have 2 30" Coralife dual strip T5 Aqualights, which look awesome at night.

I took some pictures when I set up the lights, but Im just getting around to sharing them now.
