Hi all. I'll be driving South through Georgia, and was thinking about a short detour to do some collecting. I've been told that parts of the Satilla River have populations of Elassoma, F. cingulatus, and F. chrysotus.
Does anyone know of a location fairly close to I-95, with easy access to the water, for a half hour or so of dipnetting? Perhaps with a Motel nearby, if I happen to stop over night?
