One of the parks greatest is the geared towards kids. Its called creativity pond. At creativity pond nature is combined with art.

One one hand, the posts are amusing, but that place is in a very sad state of affairs. I guess collecting at night would be considered dangerous .
The tidal Potomac is a beautiful place, teaming with wildlife and fish, but at the same time, all you need to do is walk the shoreline and see the same kinds of stuff littering the banks trash presumably from DC and above. There are annual cleanup events, and people do show up and do a nice job, but it doesn't take long for that stuff to return...just a storm and a few tides.
On the other hand, I often thought of making money by collecting basketballs, volleyballs, toys and coolers, cleaning them up and putting them out at yard sales. A buddy of mine actually found a leather basketball that was in excellent shape and took it home...

nasty, but i remember that a lot of fl springs used to be useful dumps, always hope
