Hi everyone, I'm looking for information on raising minnow eggs (redside dace). I'll be using in vitro fertilization to fertilize them (for research purposes) and then need to raise them and the larvae. Any information on how to treat the eggs to prevent fungal infections, how often to change the water, etc... would be great.

How many eggs / embryos will be reared per batch / experimental unit? Can you readily detect dud eggs?
