You keep some cool fish Phil. How do you go about obtaining these?
Patience, perserverance, and a ton of luck.

I was wondering how your swordspine snook were. I have one in my tank, and I rarely see him eat. I've seen him eat maybe 2 ghost shrimp and 2 killifish in 4 months. The man at the pet store said he should be eating every shrimp or small fish as soon as they are dropped in the tank, or there is a problem.
Do your snook eat fish like a dog eats scraps?
Thanks.
