Does anyone know what darter eggs look like or have a picture of them? I think I may have some, but I'm not positive. Also will it hurt to move them around?

GottaCatchEmAll,

Here are some pictures of a male Johnny Darter and his eggs from my April spawn. Not all darters lay their eggs on a surface, so you may find similar-looking eggs mixed-in to the substrate. Regarding removing the eggs, that is fine. Just make sure that they go into well-oxygenated and de-chlorinated water. It's usually a good idea to put the eggs in water from the parents' tank. If your eggs are attached to a surface, just remove the object that they are attached to. Don't try to remove the eggs from the surface. Anyway, here are the pictures, and good luck!
